Estate planning involves working with your attorney to plan out the best documents for you to properly and legally inform your family and the courts how you wish to handle your affairs if you became incapacitated and after death. This may include a Trust, a Last Will and Testament, and advance directive documents such as Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy and Living Will.

Estate Litigation
Estate Litigation begins when an individual did not properly estate plan, or when their wishes were unclear to the family or have been possibly altered by the influence of another. We work with executors, administrators, estate beneficiaries and family members to resolve estate litigation in the Surrogate’s court.

Your business must have its own protections and boundaries. These protections and boundaries are built in when you set your business up with the proper documentation and applicable bylaws or operating agreement.

Real Estate Law & Litigation
Our office handles residential and commercial property sales, leases, lease disputes, zoning issues, eminent domain disputes, boundary line agreements, and partition actions.

Mediation
Mediation sessions are available to work with two parties who wish to resolve an issue by coming together to air their grievances and reach an amicable resolution.
